Thirty to sixty days prior to your wedding day, our award winning videographers will meet with you to develop a step-by-step plan coordinated with events of your wedding day. In addition, our videographers will want to attend the rehearsal to not only plan details surrounding your wedding but to learn who is who in your bridal party and what is unique about each. With this information your videographers are better able to move quickly when the time is right on your wedding day to capture special memories that will stir your heart. It also enables your videographers to cue in your photographer to things important to you while you enjoy your wedding. Details of the wedding dress, family heirlooms you may be wearing, and other seemingly unimportant subjects can have a profound effect on viewing the finished product five, ten, or more years down the road. Your finished product will be a fully interactive menu driven DVD having a professionally designed label and menu. The DVD label is printed directly on the disk in photo quality color which resists water. In most cases our videographers will have captured a favorable still photo from your video to use on the menu and or label. You may also give us a still photo to use. Our full-featured promotional package has what brides most commonly are looking for: A videographer meets with you 30-60 days before the wedding to plan details. We attend your rehearsal to evaluate the site, learn of limitations, and do overall planning. This is critical to success. There will be two cameras and videographers for the ceremony, one for the reception. We are with you for the day starting with your getting ready. We mic both the groom and officiant. We will also place microphones wherever necessary such as your musicians or where readings are being given. Professional editing with artistry of footage captured on your magic day to produce a set of movies preserving the memories of the day you have planned and waited so long for. These include: A full documentary style version of your ceremony including credits taken from your program. A shorter version of the ceremony usually under ten minutes. Full coverage at your reception capturing the ambiance of your banquet room as well as events such as toasts with professional audio, cake cutting, first dances, garter and bouquet toss. A Highlights Video. This is the one you will watch time and time again showing it to friends and family. It is designed to engage a wide audience capturing the excitement of the moment to relive again and again through the years to come. Memorable events of the entire wedding day artistically produced with timeless music. Brief interviews of various members of your wedding party, persons important to you, reception guests, etc. In our planning with you there will be some things memorable to you that you tell us about. In our own planning we will identify such things and put them on our list to capture for your wedding day...the day you have waited and planned for to be perfect and memorable for generations. Package includes two DVDs packaged with professional graphics coordinated with the DVD label and menu. An additional DVD is archival grade having a 24 karat gold reflective layer for ultra longevity and durability. Includes one elegantly bound leatherette wedding styled DVD case with a still photo on the outside and another larger still photo on the inside.
